- Approve the implementation of the share public offering plan:
- Expected offering volume: 101,671,919 shares
- Total value (at par value): VND1,016,719,190,000
- Exercise ratio: 6:1 (At the record date, those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 06 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new shares)
- Offering price: VND12,000/share
- The new shares are freely transferable
- The rights should be transferred only once
- Expected time of implementation: Quarter 4/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares and unsold shares: These shares will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

- Approve the dossiers of registration of the shares public offering and private placement.
