Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank reports the plan for using capital from the offering as follows:
The estimated additional charter capital (at par value) of VND11,385.3 billion dongs; in which stock issuance to pay dividend of 3,285.3 billion dongs, public offering of 5,000 billion dongs, private placement of VND3,000 billion dongs, stock issuance under ESOP of 100 billion dongs. This total amount is used to:
- Investment in facilities, expansion/repair/renovation/investment in purchase of fixed assets, expansion of operating network, investment in fixed assets.
- Lending to meet the capital needs of customers.
In this offering, the expected proceeds from the public offering of VND5,000 billion will be used for the following purposes:
