On June 15, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution regarding the approval for the purchase of shares of An Phat PBAT Production JSC with details as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 8,900,000 shares, accounting for 30.07% charter capital of PBAT

-          Additional purchase volume: 1,610,000 shares, accounting for 5.44% charter capital of PBAT

-          Trading form: to receive the transfer from Stanley Brothers Securities Incorporation (SBSI)

-          Purchase price: VND13,500/share

-          Owning volume after the purchase: 10,510,000 shares, accounting for 35.5% charter capital of PBAT.
