The Board resolution dated June 15, 2023, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved the following contents:

Approve the mortgage of the deposit opened at Vietcombank to secure all obligations for the loan contract at Vietcombank – Nam Binh Duong branch with the principal amount of VND548,000,000,000.
Approve the loan at VietinBank – Ho Chi Minh branch 11 with total amount of VND900,000,000,000 to implement the business cooperation contract between 577 Investment Corporation and Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII).
