On May 16, 2023, ST8 Investment Development Joint Stock Company (ST8) explained the holding company’s revenue in quarter 1/2023 as follows:

1)      From June 2022, ST8 has reorganized and restructured the operation under the Holding model. ST8 has not generated net revenue from selling goods and providing services. The company revenue has been shown in the consolidated financial statement in quarter 1/2023.

2)      The company established the subsidiary ST8 Investment Trade Joint Stock Company and finish the capital contribution on March 15, 2023.
