The Board resolution dated May 16, 2023, the Board of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved to increase the charter capital from 518,749,980,000 dongs to 674,371,110,000 dongs.

2)      Approved the amendment of the company charter.

3)      Approved the process for business registration with Department of the Planning and Investment – Thai Nguyen province.

4)      Approved the stock and additional listing registration.
