On May 15, 2023, the BOD of Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1)      Approved the appointment of Mrs. Phan Thi Thuy Hang as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary and Authorized Person for information disclosure of the Company from May 15, 2023.

2)       Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Secretary and Authorized Person for information disclosure of the Company from May 15, 2023.
