1)      The AGM approved the business result in 2022 and business plan for 2023:

• Profit before tax:          (6.57) billion dongs

1. Business plan in 2023:

• Revenue:                      120 billion dongs
• Profit:                           20 billion dongs

2)      The AGM approved the reports of the BOD, independent members of the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.

3)      The AGM approved the reports of the Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

4)      The AGM approved the audited financial statement by Nam Viet Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services Company Limited in the fiscal year 2022.

5)      The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

6)      The AGM approved the proposal on increasing capital by private placement of stocks for investors.

7)      The AGM approved the proposal to select the audit unit to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2023.
