1. Approved the plan for share private placement:

-          Stock name: Yeah1 Group Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Offering volume: 45,000,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND450,000,000,000

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Plan for handling the undistributed shares: These shares will be cancelled.

-          Transfer restriction: 03 years

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2. Approved the dossier of registration for share private placement.
