The Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued a decision and an announcement to change the shares of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company (stock code: TTB) from warning status to supervision status as of May 15, 2023.

Reason: The company was late in submitting the audited financial statements in 2022 by more than 30 days compared to the specified time. This is the case of securities being warned under Point g, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Rules of listing and trading of listed securities promulgated with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 03/31/2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
