The Board resolution dated April 11, 2023, the BOD of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company approved the record date to pay cash dividend for 2022 with details as follows:

-          Record date: May 09, 2023

-          Payment rate: 20%/share (2000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: May 26, 2023

-          Place of implementation:

            + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account.

            + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card when receiving dividend at the Head office.
