The Board resolution dated April 13, 2023, the BOD of Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the business result and the financial situation in quarter 4/2022 and in 2022.

2)      Approved the resignation of Mr. Tran Chi Dung – Vice Director from April 13, 2023.
