On April 06, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the shares of Urban Development and Construction Corporation (HOSE: UDC) because the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2020 was -9.99 billion dongs and 2021 was -23.430 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2020 and 2021, this is the case of securities being supervised under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Beside, the profit after tax of parent company’s shareholders in 2022 was -40.080 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2022.
