On April 07, 2023, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the contents to be submitted to the Annual General Meeting 2023 with details as follows:

-          Report on the business result in 2022 and the business plan in 2023.

-          Audited financial statements in 2023.

-          Report of the Board of Directors.

-          Report of the Supervisory Board.

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.

-          Proposal to approve the 2022 profit allocation and profit distribution plan in 2023.

-          Proposal to approve the remuneration of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.

-          Proposal to approve the change in personnel.

-          Other issues (if any).
