The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year:

-          Record date: March 22, 2023

-          Time and venue: Notice later.

2)      Approved the adjustment of the investment progress of Detaco apartment (CC02):

-          Implementation progress: from 2014 to 2029.

3)      Approved the adjustment of the investment progress of Phuoc An residential area project in Phuoc An, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province.
