The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting for the first time as follows:

-          2022 Annual General Meeting organization regulation

-          Report of the Board of Directors;

-          Report of the company activities;

-          Report on the remuneration of the Board of Directors;

-          Report on the busniess plan in 2023;

-          Proposal to select the auditor for the financial statements in 2023;

-          Audited financial statements in 2022;

-          2022 profit allocation and 2023 profit distribution plan.
