         The profit after tax in Quarter 4/2022 decreased compared to Quarter 4/2021:

-        Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2021: 767,245,617,109 dongs

-        Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2022: (352,063,067,488) dongs

Following are the main reasons:

-        Due to the general difficult situation of the whole market, especially the real estate industry, the Company's investment in real estate business is not favorable.

-        Due to the investment portfolio restructuring strategy of the company.

Therefore, the Company’s profit after tax in Quarter 4/2022 decreased by 145.9%, equivalent to VND1,119,308,684,597 compared to Quarter 4/2021.
