On January 05, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.16/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:

- Ex-right date: Janaury 13, 2023

- Record date: Janaury 16, 2023

- Reason and purpose: to implement rights for nomination and candidate of the member of the Board of Directors for the period 2020-2025.

- Content:

1. Time of implementation:

- Time for sending the notice: expected on January 27, 2023

- Time for receiving the document: expected on February 16, 2023

2. Location: No.41 and No.45 Le Duan, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh.
