On December 18, 2022, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang province received a denunciation from Tien Bo Joint Stock Company regarding Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai Ly taking advantage of her assigned duties to appropriate large amounts of money from the Company.

On January 4, 2023, Tien Bo Joint Stock Company received the notice No: 170/TB-CSĐT-CSKT from the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Giang province dated December 27, 2022 regarding the application of the temporary detention measure against Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai Ly – employee of Bac Giang Project Office of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company. The detention period is from December 27, 2022 to April 16, 2023.
