On August 30, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 589/QĐ-SGDHCM to release the stock of Vietnam Sun Corporation (stock code: VNS) from the supervision status as from September 05, 2022.

Reason: the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders was 68.6 billion dongs, and the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2022 was 235.2 billion dongs based on the reviewed consolidated financial statements in six months of 2022. Therefore, VNS overcame the causes making the stock under the supervision status.
