Pursuant to the decision on receiving the transfer of shares of Vinhomes in Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company – the company owns Vincom Retail Landmark 81 shopping center. Accordingly, Vincom Retail will receive the transfer of 99.84% of shares in Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company from Vinhomes.

After the transfer completes, Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company.
