-          Stock type: common share

-          Number of shares issued: 4,505,692,987 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 4,475,473,387 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 30,219,600 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,237,736,693 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND22,377,366,930,000

-          Exercise ratio: 50%  (2:1) (Those who own 02 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Time of implementation: expected in September 2022 or October 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
