The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Cargo Service approved the following issues:

1. Approved the increase of charter capital to VND1,010,691,820,000 after the ending of stock issuance for increasing capital from equity.
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of 1,010,691,820,000, equivalent to 101,069,182 shares.
