On September 21, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company announced the informationrelated to the lawsuit with the group of Chinese contractors as follows:

On September 16, 2022, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company received the final decision dated September 14, 2022 of the Arbitral Tribunal 76/19HCM to settle Case No. VIAC 76/19HCM. In accordance to the decision, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company has to: i) Pay the group of Chinese contractors the incurred legal costs by the group of Chinese contractors in this case worth US$933,112.18; and ii) reimburse the group of Chinese contractors for the arbitration fees and litigation costs of VND6,481,850,508.
