On September 21, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the signing and execution of agreement with a related company as follows:

-          The related company: Hodeco Concrete and Construction JSC

-          Relationship: subsidiary

-          Agreement: Construction of the remaining infrastructure in Ngoc Tuoc II Project

Board Resolution No.45:

On September 21, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved the credit guarantee for subsidiaries, affiliates (including Hodeco Concrete and Construction JSC; Hodeco Construction and Real Estate JSC; Hodeco Investment and Construction JSC) when borrowing capital at BIDV – Ba Ria Vung Tau Branch.
