On September 06, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation (HOSE: ADG) approved the followings:

(1) the signing of agreements, transactions with related parties under Clause 1 Article 167 of Enterprise Law 2020, with the transaction value equal to or more than 35% of total assets of Clever Group Corporation in the latest financial statements;

(2) the signing of agreements, transactions on borrowing, selling assets with the value more than 10% of total assets of Clever Group Corporation in the latest financial statements between the Company and a shareholder holding from 51% of voting shares or more or the person related to the shareholder;

(3) the signing of agreements, transactions between the Company and related persons with the transaction value less than 35% total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements.
