The Board resolution dated September 08, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the regiatration to increase its charter capital to VND5,334,676,220,000, equivalent to 533,467,622 shares.

2. Approved the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
