-        Stock type: common share

-        Par value: VND10,000/share

-        Registered offering volume: 34,133,300 shares

-        Total value (at par value): VND341,333,000,000

-        Offering price: VND10,000/share

-        Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the offering

-        Time of implementation: expected Quarter 3/2022 or Quarter 4/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-        Plan to deal with undistributed shares: These shares will be distributed to other investors that decided by the Board of Directors.
