According to the Board resolution dated July August 03, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Industrial & Commercial Securities Corporation (VICS) approved the materials of private placement of shares, including the application for private placement; Articles of Association; Operation License; financial statements; resolutions; etc.
