ROS: ROS shares likely to be delisted

On August 24, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document announcing the possibility of delisting for the shares of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ROS) because the Company has not disclosed the 2021 audited financial statements, the 2021 annual report, the Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 of 2022 financial statements. Besides, the Company has not convened the 2021 Annual General Meeting, not met the minimum Board members, not had the legal representative.
