On August 24, 2022, the BOD of Approved the transaction with related parties approved the policy to implement transaction contract with the following related parties:

1. Performing transaction to rent offices at Sonadezi building, providing factory supervision consulting service with Sonadezi Giang Dien Joint Stock Company.
2. Performing the transaction of collecting wastewater treatment fees, water use fees, management fees according to the land lease contract in Chau Duc industrial park, the water use contract and the wastewater treatment contract signed in previous years, cooperation in investment and business of project "KDC Sonadezi Huu Phuoc" with Sonadezi An Binh Joint Stock Company.
3. Performing transaction to collect management fee according to the land lease contract signed in previous years with Sinadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company.
4. Performing transaction to use water according to the water use contract at BOT toll station signed with Dong Nai Water Joint Stock Company.
5. Performing transaction of collecting electricity use fee and paying construction costs according to the construction contract signed with Dong Nai Construction Joint Stock Company.
6. Performing transaction of collecting management fee, water use fee, land rent according to signed contracts, cooperation in investment and business of project "KDC Sonadezi Huu Phuoc" with Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2.
