On August 18, 2022, the BOD of Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the establishment of the Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Huynh Minh Viet – Independent member of BOD as Head of Internal Audit Department.
3. Approved the Internal Audit Regulation.
