1. Approved the policy to sell its treasury shares:

-          Expected selling volume: 1,913,640 shares

-          Selling purpose: to supplement working capital

-          Expected trading period: from September 05, 2022 to October 05, 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Trading method: order matching or put through.
