1. Approved the plan for increasing charter capital in Mobile World Investment Corporation:

-          Additional charter capital: VND800,000,000,000

-          Time of implementation: August 2022.

2. Approved the plan for increasing charter capital in 4KFARM Joint Stock Company:

-          Additional charter capital: VND50,000,000,000

-          Time of implementation: August 2022.

3. Approved the plan for increasing charter capital in Bach Hoa Xanh Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company:

-          Additional charter capital:  VND150,000,000,000

-          Time of implementation: August 2022.
