The Board resolution dated July 28, 2022, the BOD of Chuong Duong Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the progress of Central garden 2 urban area project:

-          Phase 1: from Quarter 1/2022 to Quarter 1/2028;

-          Phase 2: from Quarter 3/2022 to Quarter 4/2028.

2. Approved the progress to carry out the phase 1 of Central garden 2 urban area project:

-          Legal implementation of the project.

-          Phase of construction investment and project completion.

-          Handover and put into use.

3. Approved the adjustment of compensation and clearance area for phase 1:

From 60,000 m² down to 41,830 m²

4. Approved the time for signing the compensation contract phase 1:

Completion before July 31, 2022.
