The Board resolution dated July 28, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1. Approved the change of address of Eximbank My Dinh to No. B2-05, Green City area, Cau Dien ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi.

2. Approved the signing of a non-life insurance agency contract with AAA Assurance Corporation.

3. Approved the change of name of Eximbank Go Dau:

-          Old name: Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Binh Phu Branch – Go Dau Transaction Office.

-          New name: Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Binh Phu Branch – Truong Vinh Ky Transaction Office.
