The Board resolution dated July 28, 2022, the BOD of City Auto Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved a report on result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment:

-          Expected issue volume: 3,619,888 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 3,619,766 shares, accounting for 99.99% of total shares to be issued.

-          Total value of distributed shares (at the issue price): VND36,197,660,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND760,175,420,000.

2. Approved the adjustment of Business Registration Certificate; amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND760,175,420,000, equivalent to 76,017,542 shares.

3. Approved the registration the additional issuance shares at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
