On July 25, 2022, the BOD of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

- Expected issue volume: 5,045,905 shares

- Number of registered shares: 4,413,605 shares

- Number of un-registered shares: 632,300 shares.
