The Board resolution dated July 25, 2022, the BOD of Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the amendment, supplement of Section 5 Chapter III of ESOP 2021 Regulation.

2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Khac Sinh as representative of contributed capital of VND 147,000,000,000, accounting for 49% charter capital in PDP Project Construction Investment Company Limited.
