-          Revenue:   13,250 billion dongs

-          Profit:            123 billion dongs.

2. Approved the business plan in last six months of 2022:

-          Output:      600,000 tons

-          Profit:        180 billion dongs.

3. Approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Stock name: SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares issued: 73,178,587 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 73,106,837 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 71,750 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 500,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND 5,000,000,000

-          Issuance ratio: 0.68%

-          Transfer restriction: 02 years from the ending date of the issuance.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter III/2022 or Quarter IV/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
