The Board resolution dated July 25, 2022, the BOD of CIC39 Corporation approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Tien Duc – Independent member of BOD as member of Audit Committee of the Company from August 01, 2022.
2. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Lu Minh Quan as Person in charge of Corporate Governance from August 28, 2022.
