The Board resolution dated July 22, 2022, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Approved the stock issuance under ESOP regulation.
Approved the standards of employees in the company to buy shares in this issuance.
Approved the list of employees in the company to buy shares in this issuance
Approved the estimated time of implementation in Quarter III/2022 or Quarter IV/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
