The Board of Directors approved to issue shares to the existing shareholders to raise charter capital:

-          Outstanding volume: 51,874,998 shares

-          Estimated issue volume: 25,937,499 shares

-          Issue price: VND20,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 2:1

-          Estimated issue time: in Quarter II/2022 to Quarter IV/2022 or Quarter I/2023

The Board of Directors approved the plan for using the proceeds from the offering.

The foreign ownership limit at Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company will be ensured not to exceed 49%.
