On June 30, 2022, the Board of Directors of Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company (stock code: PDN) approved the signing agreements as follows:

- The agreement on transportation and treatment of domestic solid waste between Sonadezi Environment Joint Stock Company and Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company, the two units under the control by Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company. The agreement value will not exceed 01 billion dongs per year.

- The agreement on transportation and treatment of industrial waste between Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company and Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company, the two units under the control by Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company. The agreement value will not exceed 01 billion dongs per year.

- The agreement on consumption of bottled water products between Dong Nai Water Joint Stock Company and Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company, the two units under the control by Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company. The agreement value will not exceed 500 million dongs per year.
