BOD of DABACO Group announces a change of charter capital as follows:

- Register a change of charter capital from 2,304,788,600 thounsand dongs to 2,420,018,590 thounsand dongs.

- Additional capital: 115,229,990 thounsand dongs

- Method: issuing additional shares for 2021 share dividends.

- Effective date: June 29, 2022

- Changing the company’s resolution for the capital change.
