Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company announces a BOD resolution of bank loans as below.

- A loan at Mega ICBC branch HCMC with amount: 10 mil. Dongs.

- A loan at Mega ICBC branch OBU with amount: 3.5 mil. Dongs.

- Limit of the both loans: 10 mil. dongs

- Effective date: 4 July 2022.
