On June 24, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.427/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) from supervision status to warning status as of June 28, 2022.

Reason: The retained profit of OGC until December 31, 2021 was -2,726.4 billion dongs, according to the 2021 audited financial statements. The securities is subjected to warning status as prescribed in Point b, Provision 1, Article 37, Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued together with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of Viet Nam Stock Exchange.
