On June 24, 2022, the BOD of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

  1. Approved the establishment of the Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors.
  2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Ta Thi Thu Huong as Head of Internal Audit Department of the Company from July 01, 2022.
