According to the Official Document No.3904/UBCK-PTTT dated June 22, 2022 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPB) will be 17.602%.
