The Board resolution dated June 23, 2022, the BOD of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of stock issuance for dividend payment:

-          Expected issuance volume: 211,400,000 shares

-          Issuance volume according to list shareholders recorded June 17, 2022 that issued by the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) is 211,396,962 shares.

-          Fractional shares volume: 3,038 shares

2. Approved the result of stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity:

-          Expected issuance volume: 109,700,000

-          Issuance volume according to the list shareholders recorded June 17, 2022 that issued by the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) is 109,697,598 shares.

-          Fractional shares volume: 2,402 shares

3. Approved the handle the fractional shares after the issuance: total fractional shares after the issuance will be transferred to the Trade Union of SeABank.
